1. Thanksgiving and Praise

    The LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed, He has girded Himself with strength. Surely the world is established, so that it cannot be moved. Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting. The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves. The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, than the mighty waves of the sea. Your testimonies are very sure; holiness adorns Your house, O LORD, forever.

    Psalm 93

    Though the nations lift up their voice like a flood against Israel, the Lord God of Israel is mightier. He reigns on high. Give thanks to the Lord for He reigns regardless of what the nations say or do, and His testimonies are very sure.

    We give You thanks and praise O Lord our God. You reign and You watch over Israel.

  2. Biblical Strength and Conviction for the Israeli Government Leaders

    The Israeli government comes under immense pressure from the nations to do what is un-Biblical, to give in to demands for land concessions and to give up their inheritance. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with U.S. President Obama, May 18, to discuss the Palestinian-Israeli situation and issues regarding the whole of the Middle East. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will be there too. He and Hamas, the PA terrorist government, continue to deny and refuse to accept the existence of the State of Israel.

    • Pray for the Israeli government leaders to have Biblical wisdom, strength, and conviction to stand firm in the mist of pressure from other nations, that they will not be manipulated into an unholy alliance.

    • Thank You Father that You reign. Even though the nations conspire and plot against your people and your land you are in control.

    • We ask that Your power and will be demonstrated through the government leaders of Israel.

    • We pray that the Prime Minister and those around him will not be intimidated and forced to do something that is not according to your will.

    • Give them wisdom that they will think your thoughts and be obedient to Your Word.

    • Israel is a small nation, susceptible to be overwhelmed by many waters (nations). But you are a mighty God and what you have established cannot be moved.

  3. Spiritual Forces over the Prime Minister's Office

    The Prime Minister's office is subjected to incredible spiritual forces of darkness. Several Prime Ministers in the past have made a 180-degree turn away from their Biblical positions due to wrong influences and manipulation from these forces. Ariel Sharon was elected Prime Minister on a strong Biblical position for keeping the land and settling it. His action to give up the land, uproot 9000 settlers, and destroy 21 settlements in Gaza was deadly and costly to Israel. We need to pray against the powers of darkness and the spirit of manipulation over that office.

    • Father, we pray that the spiritual forces of darkness operating over the Prime Minister's office will be cast asunder and rendered powerless.

    • We ask you that you hedge the Prime Minister's office in and protect him and all those around him from the spirits of darkness that would try to control and manipulate them.

    • Give PM Netanyahu the Spirit of Truth, keep Him in a true Biblical position and protect his vision from being blurred by the enemy.

    • Lord God, this is a spiritual battle, warfare between the powers of darkness and of light. There is much resistance to the redemption of Israel, against the inheritance of Israel, what You have given to the people of Israel. Make the Prime Minister's office a stronghold for Your Word and will.

  4. Israel Defense Forces

    The enemies of Israel are intensifying their accumulation of armaments with Hamas and Hezbollah being supported by Iran. Iran itself, as we know, is increasing its weaponry, developing nuclear weapons, and they make it no secret their intention to annihilate Israel.

    • Pray that the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) will know what to do against Israel's enemies.

    • That Israel will know in advance what the enemy is planning to do and how are they are trying to do it.

    • Pray for Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi and for Defense Minister Ehud Barak to have the wisdom of God and His strategy against the enemies of Israel.

    • Thank you Father that you are watching over this land!! There is great resistance against Your people. We ask You for Your name sake that the Defender of Israel will stand strong.

    • Please destroy the weapons of our enemies, for you said in your word "no weapon formed against you (Israel) shall prosper".

    • In the midst of opposition show Yourself strong in Israel's behalf.

    • We pray that Ehud Barak will be like David, seeking and receiving direction from You on how to attack and when to attack.

    • Lead the forces of Israel with the mighty Spirit of the God of Jacob.

    • We call on you to intervene and send angels to cause weapons to malfunction and cause our enemies to divide and disagree with one another.

    • We pray for the reserve duty, keep them watchful, that they will have a desire to do their job properly, that they will understand the purpose for which they are doing it, give them, Father, a courageous spirit.

  5. Salvation for Israel

    The burden of the word of the LORD against Israel. Thus says the LORD, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him: Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it...And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in the LORD of hosts, their God. In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a firepan in the woodpile, and like a fiery torch in the sheaves; they shall devour all the surrounding peoples on the right hand and on the left, but Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place-Jerusalem.

    The LORD will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not become greater than that of Judah. In that day the LORD will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the LORD before them. It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

    And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.

    Zechariah 12: 1-3; 5-10

    These verses speak of the nations coming against Jerusalem, the undivided, eternal capital of Israel. In that day the people of Jerusalem will know their God, the God of Israel. He will be their defender. The feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the Lord before them. He will pour the Spirit of grace and supplication on the inhabitants of Jerusalem and they will mourn for the One who was pierced for their sins.

    • Pray for the salvation of Israel, especially the government and the IDF, that they would be strong and courageous in the Spirit of the Lord their God Almighty.

    • Father we ask you for a Spiritual awakening in the Israel Defense Forces and the inhabitants of the land. We pray that the feeblest among them would be like David and the house of Israel would be like God, like the Angel of the Lord before them.

    • Open their minds and their hearts to you, to your Spirit, so that their hearts are turned to You.

    • You desire that all will come to salvation and no one will perish. You brought your people to the land to cleanse them, and to save them. May this day be soon O God.

    • Pour Your Holy Spirit upon the people of Israel, may they be convicted of sin. We pray for the orthodox community, who have a form of righteousness but are missing the mark. Show them your grace and your mercy. May they come into the true righteous of Yeshua.

  6. The Body of Messiah

    • Pray that the body of Messiah in the land walks continually in the righteousness of God. Yeshua said, "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness."

    • Pray for the advancement of the kingdom of God through the body of Messiah, that we will forcefully advance God's kingdom in His love and power.

    • Father we ask You that we will speak Your Word without compromise. Help us to be firm, strong, and anointed.

    • Make us ready through sanctification by your Holy Spirit for the harvest to come.

    • Make us one and help us to endeavor to maintain the unity of the Spirit.

    • May we arise and shine for our light has come.

  7. The Threat of a Pandemic (Swine Flu)

    • Lord, protect Israel from a potential pandemic.

    • Father, we pray that You give revelation to doctors, nurses, health officials and the government to successfully stop and eliminate the spread of Swine Flu in Israel and the nations.

    • We pray for wisdom for the health authorities to come up with a cure for Swine Flu.

    • We ask You for Your mercy for those that have taken ill. May you deliver them and restore them to total health.

    • Lord, build up a barrier against the spread of this disease and pestilence in Israel. Be a guard against panic and fear.

    • Father, we ask You to stop those who would try to use germ warfare against Israel. Bring their schemes and intentions to nothing.
