1. Our God is worthy of praise.

    • And He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore His arm brought salvation unto him; and His righteousness, it sustained him...So shall they fear the name of LORD [YHWH] from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of LORD shall lift up a standard against him. And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, says the LORD.

      Isaiah 59:16,19-20

    • We bless You for Your faithfulness. I have not hid Your righteousness within my heart; I have declared Your faithfulness and Your salvation: I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation. (Psalms 40:10) 

    • We thank You that You never change - a God who is so dependable. (Malachi 3:6)

    • We trust You regardless of what we see or hear. They that know Your name will put their trust in You: for You, LORD, have not forsaken them that seek You. (Psalms 9:10)

  2. This Monday, Benjamin Netanyahu will be meeting for the first time - in his official capacity as Israel's Prime Minister - with US President Barak Hussein Obama. Reports are that the US administration will pressure Israel to divide her/God's land for "peace". This would be dangerous to Israel and absolutely disastrous for America.

    • Abba, strengthen Netanyahu to stand against the pressure to cave in to this unbiblical and - in reality - illogical request. Be strong and of a good courage... (Deuteronomy 31:7b)

    • We hold Netanyahu into the specific anointing that You have provided for Israel's current leader (1 Samuel 9:16).

    • Do not allow Netanyahu to panic when being pressured by the US to do that which he knows is not right for Israel.

    • Guard over Netanyahu's commitment to never give up the Golan Heights! I will bring Israel again to his habitation, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan [the Golan], and his soul shall be satisfied upon mount Ephraim and Gilead. (Jeremiah 50:19)

    • We ask for unity and wisdom and godly counsel for the team that will be with Netanyahu in the White House - especially for Israel's new US Ambassador, Michael Oren.

    • Have mercy on America and somehow warn Obama this very weekend that he must not touch Your land (Joel 3:1-2). Send a Jonah to him.

  3. Obama's administration thinks that if Israel divides her land and helps establish a Palestinian State, then it will be easier to stop Iran's drive to get nuclear weapons. But Israel says - and we agree with this - that if Iran is not stopped, then nothing Israel does will make a difference. Iranian nukes are a global threat. If she succeeds in obtaining them, literally all hell could break loose.

    • Help Netanyahu and his team as they warn the US administration that the real danger is Iran's drive towards obtaining nuclear weapons - not the lack of a "Palestine".

    • Give them the keys to unlock this false thinking on the part of the US.

    • Open the eyes of Obama, Biden, Clinton and Jones that what Israel is saying about the Iranian threat is truly an immediate, urgent danger.

    • Almighty God, have mercy on Israel, the West - and the Moslems - by not allowing Iran to succeed in obtaining nukes.

  4. It is vital that American believers are aware of what really is at stake in this meeting.

    If Israel is pushed or deserted, judgment on America will likely come very hard and very harsh. We say this having seen what has happened for the last 20 years every time the US has touched God's land and people in an unbiblical way.

    • Set the trumpet to Your mouth and wake up the American intercessors that this meeting is vital for their nation's destiny.

      For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you [Israel as she is being restored] shall perish. Yes, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

      Isaiah 60:12

    • Aid American Messianic Jews to stand in the gap for America and their homeland Israel.

    • Remove discouragement from intercessors who may feel that after all they have prayed for that has not happened, why bother anymore.

      Wherefore, when I came, was there no man? When I called, was there none to answer? Is My hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver?...

      Isaiah 50:2a

    • Give the Body in America boldness to intercede and to stand.

      Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore... Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

      Ephesians 6:10-14a, 18

  5. We prayed next for all the nations represented at our meeting - that they would not resist what God is doing here in Israel - for His glory. Please pray that for your nation.

  6. We made two corporate proclamations in the face of this Monday meeting.

    • And I will bless them that bless you [Abram & his seed], and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed [see Galatians 3:8].

      Genesis 12:3

    • LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the thoughts of the people of none effect. The counsel of LORD stands for ever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.

      Psalms 33:10-11

  7. Since both Israel's prime minister and defense minister will be physically out of the nation, we prayed for special protection during those days.

    • Behold, He that keeps [guards] Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

      Psalms 121:4

    • Hear the word of LORD, O you nations, declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep [guard] him, as a shepherd does his flock.

      Jeremiah 31:10

    • Anoint Israel's security forces with courage and discernment.

    • As You have been doing, continue to use them to thwart any and all terror attacks.

    • Bring complete disarray, disunity and confusion into the enemies camps (Psalm 129:5).

    • Use weak and foolish things to confound the enemy.

      There were four lepers at the city gate. They said...Why do we sit here until we die? If we...enter the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there. And if we sit still here, we die also. Therefore...let us fall to the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die. So they rose up at twilight, to go unto the Syrian camp, and when they were come to the outer part of the camp, behold, there was no man there. For the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host ...[So the Syrians] left their tents, their horses...and the camp as it was, and fled for their life.

      2 Kings 7:3-7

    • Lord, specifically deal with Hamas in the south and Hizbullah in the north. Let them fall into the trap that they are setting to destroy Israel (Psalm 7:14-16; 57:6; 141:9-10).

  8. Praying into something much more positive, we interceded for an increase of aliyah, the immigration of the Jews in exile to their home - Israel.

    • Thank You Abba, that the return of Your people to the land of Israel has been - and will continue to be - a sign to the nations that Your Word is alive and true.

    • Fear not: for I am with you. I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west; I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring My sons from far, My daughters from the ends of the earth; Even every one that is called by My name: for I have created him for My glory, I have formed him; yes, I have made him.

      Isaiah 43:5-7

    • Lord, please remove the fear of returning to Zion from all of You people caught in captivity in the nations. Cause an excitement to well up in the place of that fear.

    • Use the current economic shakings to shake Your people out of their comfort zones in the nations (Haggai 2:6-8).

    • Remove all stumbling blocks in Israel which would hinder Your people from coming home - especially all of Israel's archaic bureaucracy.

    • Make Israel's interior ministry - a Zionistic stronghold - and make all those who work in there want to help the Jews come back.

    • Give the new minister of the interior, Eli Yishai, a deep burden to see an increase in aliyah and an ability to extend grace to the Christian volunteers in this land.

    • Remove any people from that place who are opposed to aliyah.

      Go through, go through the gates; prepare the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.

      Isaiah 62:10

    • Thank You that Natan Sharansky becoming the new head of the Jewish Agency. Use him to provoke Jews to jealousy about coming home.

    • We prayed for nations and groups specifically. Please pray for the Jews in your country to return to Zion.

    • If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember you, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy.

      Psalms 137:5-6

  9. We ended by interceding for Israel's salvation.

    • Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When LORD brings back the captivity of His people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

      Psalms 14:7 and 53:6

    • Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish, praise, and say, O LORD, save Your people, the remnant of Israel.

      Jeremiah 31:7

    • For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Messiah: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes - to the Jew first, and also to the gentile.

      Romans 1:16
