1. Praise: There is a verse in this Shabbat's Torah portion which is a huge encouragement for those of us who focus on interceding in line with God's will.

    • And YHWH said to Moses, Is YHWH's hand become short? Now you shall see whether My word to you shall come to pass or not.Num. 11:23

    • Lord, You said it and that settled it – whether Moses believed it or not (Num. 23:19)!

    • It is amazing to see how You sustained the hosts of Israel in the wilderness for 40 years even though they were not in Your will, as they should have entered the land to conquer it at that time (1 Pet. 4:19)!

    • You are the same today and so faithful to supply all our needs (Phil. 4:19). Thank You.

    • What a blessing to see Israel today and to know that You are watching over Your Word to fulfill it (Jer. 1:12).

    • We recall and praise You for Your many mighty deeds in history for this nation (Psa. 105:5-6).

    • Almighty Lord, Your Word never returns to You empty, but it accomplishes Your will (Isa. 55:11).

    • Your words were found, and I did eat them; and Your word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of my heart, for I am called by Your name, O YHWH God of hosts.Jer. 15:16

  2. Government: First we prayed for those in authority in Israel in line with His will (1 Tim. 2:1-4).

    • Thank You for the current governing coalition in Israel (Dan. 2:21).

    • In this chaotic time – with the Covid-19 crisis, the economy, the extension of sovereignty, etc. – the authorities need You to lead them through today's wilderness. For Your holy name's sake, please do just that (Ezek. 20:41).

    • Bring the governing coalition into unity over the major steps Israel must take at this time (Zeph. 3:9).

    • We bless You for PM Bibi Netanyahu and ask You to continue to give him wisdom from on high (Psa. 80:17).

    • We ask for Defense Minister Benny Gantz to quickly learn how to serve this nation in the arena of security mixed in with a whole lot of politics.

    • Draw Netanyahu and Gantz into a surprisingly close working relationship (Psa. 133:1).

    • Thank You for keeping the vicious anti-Bibi politicians out of the government (Prov. 10:12; 15:17).

    • Provide a plan for the education ministry for Israeli schools battling the Covid-19 crisis (Prov. 9:9).

    • Bless Yoav Gallant as the new Education Minister (Prov. 1:5).

    • Give the health ministry wisdom re: the timing of unlocking the Covid-19 lockdown (Eccl. 3:1).

    • Thank You for Health Minister Yuli Edelstein. Download to him Your wisdom (Prov. 2:7).

    • Gabi Ashkenazi is in foreign territory as Foreign Minister. Enable him to learn quickly (Job 38:36: Psa. 51:6).

    • This government is facing many mine-fields whichever way they take. Blow by Your wind and uncover all the mines that are being planted to destroy them and this nation (Psa. 91:3; 124:6=8).

  3. Extension of sovereignty: With all the pluses and the minuses of President Trump's peace plan, we still believe that the extension of sovereignty [wrongly called "annexation"] is God orchestrating the retaking of another 30% of Judea and Samaria for His people today.

    • Thank You for bringing this issue out in the open to be dealt with at this time (Eccl. 3:2b, 3b, 5-6).

    • Lord, please make sure that this remains a top priority for the current coalition to accomplish (Psa. 105:7-11).

    • As the US-Israeli team is apparently working out the final details of borders on a map, we plead with You to overrule and determine the exact borders for Your nation in 2020 (Psa. 74:17a).

    • Surprise all of Israel – and us – with a final map that will be approved by all the settler leaders (Acts 15:28a).

    • Miraculously enable the map to eliminate any settlements from being isolated.

    • As most Western and many Arab nations are dead set against this – give the government courage to do what is best for Israel and not to worry about the world's anti-Zionistic, anti-biblical attacks (Josh. 24:24; Acts 5:29).

    • Bring unity over this issue of the extension of sovereignty in the coalition (Eph. 4:3).

    • As Defense Minister Benny Gantz is wishy-washy about this move, God, overrule him today (Prov. 19:21).

    • Continue to show Bibi that this is his task to complete – with Your help (Judg. 6:12).

    • It is being suggested that extension of sovereignty may take place in stages. Give wisdom and leading on how best to implement this. (James 1:5)

  4. Extension of sovereignty – preparation: There are reports that many ministries and even the IDF are not sure what will be expected from them when the sovereignty extension is done. That is unacceptable, although understandable considering how long Israel has just gone without a government.

    • Thank You that IDF Chief of Staff Kochavi has rallied his troops to plan for this move (Prov. 21:31).

    • Give them divine plans in the face of whatever they may face – riots, terror, another intifada, etc. (Psa. 3:8).

    • Raise up an anointed 'Joseph" to coordinate and oversee all details of this move (Gen. 39-4-5).

    • Provide all the finances needed to see this extension through successfully (2 Chr. 24:9-10).

    • May the transfer of settlements from under military to civilian rule be quick and efficient (2 Chr. 29:36).

    • We especially ask for a readiness by many to build new housing in all these communities (Isa. 54:2).

    • Lord, may You determine the status of the Palestinians living live in these areas (Psa. 10:16; Jer. 12:14-17).

  5. Extension of sovereignty – threats from the nations: What other nation would the world threaten for wanting to increase its security against enemies who have tried to destroy it for over a century? Yet the hypocrisy of so many gentiles and their nations who mourn dead Holocaust Jews and then threaten living Jews who are trying to avoid ending up dead has to be demonically inspired because it is insanity openly flaunted.

    • Are we seeing Zechariah 12:2-3 starting to be fulfilled today as this extension of sovereignty includes Judah? Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and Jerusalem…I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, even if all the people of the earth gather together against it.

    • Lord, help Israel to declare over and over that this extension of its sovereignty over Judea and Samaria is both legally and biblically kosher (Zech. 8:16).

    • Messiah Yeshua, open the eyes of Your Body to see this as well (John 16:13a).

    • We see chaos coming on many nations as they resist Your will for Israel. Wake up Your Church to stand in the gap in the nations where they are planted. We ought to obey God rather than men. (Acts 5:29)

    • Open up the eyes of Jewish leaders in exile to support this move or to be quiet. If it seems evil to you to serve YHWH, then choose whom you will serve…but as for me and my house, we will serve YHWH. (Josh. 24:15)

    • Abba, an offer by the Palestinians to the Quartet [UN, EU, US, Russia] of being willing to accept a state that is demilitarized as long as Israel retreats behind pre-67 borders would be suicidal for Israel. We say "No!" in the mighty name of Yeshua to this attempt to rob Israel of Your land (Isa. 54:17).

    • Forbid that this so-called "offer" confuse the current Israeli leadership (Psa. 71:1; Isa. 61:7).

  6. Security – Judea & Samaria: While we do not use the silver trumpets talked about in Numbers 10:9 [see v. 2], we do lift up our prayers to be heard on high.

    • If you go to war in your land against an adversary that attacks you, then blow an alarm with the trumpets, and you shall be remembered before YHWH your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.Num. 10:9

    • We thank You for Israel's security forces fighting the physical battle and we bless You for all prayer warriors who are blowing an alarm in the spirit realm to remind You of Your covenant promises (Ex. 32:13).

    • Lord, You said Your enemies try to destroy Israel (Psa. 83:2-4). So arise and scatter Your enemies (Psa. 68:1).

    • Use Israel's security forces throughout Israel to protect all innocent people – both Jew and Arab (Rom. 13:3-4).

    • Use Israel's security forces to bring the fear of God on all the foes of the innocent (Deut. 19:13).

    • Guard the security forces from making errors in judgment and also give them discernment to know the wicked from the innocent (Deut. 19:9-10).

    • Impart Your plan to Israel for the day after PA President Abbas dies (Isa. 55:8-9).

    • Increase Israel's intelligence forces' abilities to obtain all the data that is needed at the right time.

  7. Security – Iran: Iran's proxies surround Israel in Lebanon, Syria and in Gaza. Iran is still the greatest threat and now even the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency is warning against Iranian nuclear advances.

    • Thank You for the continued Israeli strikes against Iranian forces and weapons in Syria (Isa. 41:15-16).

    • Keep Israel's intelligence up to date and accurately analyzed.

    • Help the IDF to be ready for any counterattacks by Iran or its proxies (Mic. 4:11-13).

    • Lord, thank You for draining Iran's finances and seeing how it has impacted Iran's proxies as well – especially Hizbullah in Lebanon and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Gaza (Jam. 5:3).

    • Cut off all the finances that come into these groups from the sale of illegal drugs and oil (Luke 16:11).

    • Wake up Russian President Putin to the danger of joining hands with Iran (Prov. 11:21; 16:5).

    • Wake up the nations to the UN IAEA's warning of the danger of Iran obtaining nuclear arms.

  8. Aliyah: We continue to hear reports of a massive move of Jews to Israel once the airways are free from the Covid-19 restrictions. Will it happen or not? Only God knows, but we do know that the Jews coming home is His will very clearly proclaimed in His Word. And so we continue to ask Him to do it.

    • We thank You for the reports of many Jews requesting information and forms re: aliyah (Jer. 50:4-5).

    • Lord, there are still more Jews in exile than in Israel. Please change that in the near future (Deut. 30:4-5).

    • Use the civil unrest in America and the nations to uproot the Jews from their comfortable cages (Jer. 51:9).

    • With lots of mercy, please loosen the ties to exile that many Jewish families have (Jer. 30:8, 10-11).

    • Any official papers that are needed for Jews to be recognized as such by Israel – let them be found quickly.

    • Abba, move on the Rabbis still in exile to be good shepherds and lead their flocks home (Jer. 23:4).

    • Let Jewish parents really consider as to where they want to raise their children (Jer. 31:17).

    • Switch the ideas of Western Jews – from preserving their lifestyles, to preserving their lives (Jer. 31:10).

    • Provide all the finances needed to help the Jews return – from the Church, as well as from the many rich Jews who live in exile and in Israel (Rom. 15:27; Ezra 1:3-4).

    • Speak Lord, to the north and say Give My people up (Isa. 43:6a).

    • Turn to the South and say, Do not keep My People back (Isa. 43:6b).

  9. Aliyah – preparation: Like the reports that Israel is not really prepared to extend sovereignty – as far as all the details are concerned – so there are reports that Israel would struggle to absorb a significant number of Jews returning within a short time span. Yet that is exactly what we could see – and soon.

    • Father, we lift up these ministers who have a direct impact on the preparation to receive Your people: Finance Minister Katz; Housing Minister Litzman; Aliyah and Immigrant Absorption Minister Pnina Tamano-Shata. Give to them and all other ministers a heart to see Your people come home and thrive here (Amos 9:13-15).

    • Replace the rabbinic definition of Jewishness with the biblical definition (Acts 5:29).

    • Lord, help Israel to be ready to provide the new immigrants with jobs and homes (Jer. 32:41-44).

    • Clear out all the bureaucratic red tape that hinders finding jobs and affordable housing (Isa. 62:10).

    • Change the mindset of Israelis concerning Jews returning yet not being able to communicate in Hebrew.

    • Establish righteousness in all business dealings (Prov. 14:34).

    • Create some new huge "Welcome Mats" and have Your angels place them at the entrances to all the Interior Ministry offices in Israel and at all the front of all Israeli Embassies throughout the world (1 Pet. 4:9).
