1. Praise: We are encouraged because You have told us how our prayers are Your delight.

    • What a wonderful revelation to know that our prayers delight You (Prov. 15:8b).

    • Thank You for leading us onward as we continue to pray (Psa. 32:8).

    • And since You know the end from the beginning, we do trust Your leading (Psa. 23:3; Isa. 46:10).

    • Lord Yeshua, as we move forward into an ever increasing chaotic future, thank You for reminding us to keep our eyes on You who are the author and completer of our faith (Heb. 12:2a).

    • We are very grateful that You watch over Your Word to perform it (Jer. 1:12).

    • Elijah prayed seven times before You answered him. Thank You for this biblical example as You have often led us to pray marathon-type prayers. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. (Jam. 5:16)

    • We bless and praise You for answering, and continuing to answer, so many of them (Jam. 5:17-18).

    • We stand amazed that You ask us to co-labor with You through intercession, in order to see Your will be done on earth as in heaven (Luke 11:2).

    • It is because of YHWH's covenant-love that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.Lam. 3:22-23

  2. US Elections: This situation remains very murky at the present. As intercessors for Israel, we are praying about how the results, regardless of who wins, impacts Israel and God's Kingdom.

    • Bring about the final result that will bring the most glory to Your name (Psa. 115:1-3).

    • You who brought order out of chaos at creation are still in total control (Gen. 1:2; Psa. 103:19).

    • In mercy, create order out of the chaos that has descended on America today (Psa. 107:29).

    • Encourage our American family in Messiah to look to You and trust in Your sovereignty, even as many are still warring for justice to be done (Psa. 103:19; 135:7; Rev. 17:17).

    • Lord, reveal all injustice and theft that has happened during the election (Job 12:22).

    • Bring to light all unrighteousness and as Judge of all the earth, deal with it (Gen. 18:25b; 1 Cor. 4:5).

    • We desire for righteousness to prevail in this election and the next US government (Prov. 14:34).

    • Recall with mercy all that Trump has done to further Your kingdom purposes in relation to Israel.

    • Thank You that many believers worldwide have been interceding over this election (Psa. 65:1).

    • Regardless of the result, do not allow any of us/them to think prayers are useless (Psa. 4:1).

  3. Israel's response: The final outcome of the American election impacts Israel now and in the near future. And while it seems that Trump would be a better president as far as Israel is concerned, God might have other plans so that Israel will be thrust forward into its own calling at this time.

    • Lead us in praying into this situation in order that Israel might be exactly what You are wanting it to be at this time (Isa. 60:1-2; Jer. 51:20-24).

    • Regardless of who the next US president will be, overthrow all of the idols to America that have been set up in Your land – especially in the hearts of many Israelis (2 Kin. 23:24).

    • Show Israelis that it is better to trust in You than in man – whether Israeli or not (Psa. 118:8-9)

    • Guard Israel's leadership and give them wisdom and discretion in foreign relations (Prov. 21:1).

    • Until the final result is revealed, help all Israeli politicians to be silent (Psa. 141:3).

    • Thank You for Netanyahu's long-standing relationship with both Trump and Biden (Prov. 18:24).

    • Focus Israel's leaders on being pro-Zion – and not pro-Republican or pro-Democrat (Isa. 14:32).

    • Let the Israeli government be prepared for whatever changes may be before them in the Iranian and Palestinian issues in the coming days – regardless of who ultimately wins (Psa. 56:11; Isa. 51:12).

  4. Israel's government: This unity government continues to limp along seemingly just to remain in power, while what is needed today is a government that can run the race towards God's goals.

    • If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. (Mark 3:25) Lord, heal the divisions.

    • Either move this coalition into a functional government or remove it by new elections (Dan. 4:25b).

    • Israel needs a new generation of politicians to come forth. Lead us in prayer over this (John 16:13).

    • Raise up in Israel's government sons of Issachar to give guidance and insight (1 Chr. 12:32).

    • Please show the older politicians when and how to make a smooth transition (2 Tim. 2:2).

    • It seems that there will be a future alliance between Netanyahu's Likud and Naftali Bennet's Yamina parties. If this is Your will, then please heal the deep rift between these two men (Prov. 18:19).

    • We do thank You that at this time in history Bibi Netanyahu is still Israel's leader (Jer. 3:15).

    • Help him to separate his personal issues from what Israel needs to do, and not do, today (Psa. 80:17).

    • We bless PM Bibi Netanyahu in the name of Yeshua – Israel's King and Messiah (Eph. 5:20).

    • Cut off from Israel the anti-Bibi spirit and block any entry for the spirits of lawlessness and anarchy to be imported here from American cities (Matt. 13:41; 24:12 "iniquity" = in Greek: lawlessness).

    • Break the cult of personality and let people focus on the accomplishments of each individual.

    • We ask for a government like that decreed by Josiah who commissioned the Levites, Serve YHWH your God and His people Israel (2 Chr. 35:3)

    • Honor those politicians who honor Your Word (Psa. 119:93-94, 113-114).

    • Give Israel's leaders wisdom and humility and help them to pave the way for Your nation to be the head of all nations – the one nation to whom all others look (Deut. 28:13; Zech. 8:23; Luke 2:32).

  5. Covid-19 & recovery: Israel is moving cautiously and it seems to mostly be working. Yet this virus has literally shaken the whole world and no one really knows what is best – except God.

    • Thank You that the morbidity rate in Israel has decreased greatly (Jer. 8:22).

    • Anoint Prof. Ash, Israel's new corona chief, to receive plans from You and to communicate and implement them under Your authority (Prov. 19:21).

    • Be very present in all the government's corona planning meetings (Jer. 23:24).

    • Use local leadership to bring greater compliance to government guidelines in their communities.

    • Allow the tension that understandably exists between the health and the economic ministries to bring about a balanced exit from the lockdown (Matt. 18:16).

    • With all of the various guidelines announced by the government, let love be the deciding factor as to how Israel's interact with one another (Lev. 19:18b).

    • Lift off discouragement, despair, loneliness, tiredness, confusion and economic distress from Your people who have returned to Your land (Isa. 61:3; Jer. 32:42).

    • Draw many to read Psalm 23, as all are walking through the valley of the shadow of death (23:4a).

    • Show many Israelis that Yeshua is this Good Shepherd that David writes about (John 10:11, 14).

    • As there appears to be a vaccine on the horizon, please provide accurate information on what is in it and guide everyone individually as to whether to take it or not (John 21:21-22).

    • Whatever vaccine Israel decides on, may it be super successful and totally voluntary.

    • Make Your Body a holy example in all aspects at this difficult time (1 Pet. 1:15-16; 2 Pet. 3:11).

  6. Security – Palestinians: The Palestinian Authority is excited that Biden might be the next US President. That in itself is a warning sign to Israel of the danger it could be facing. Saeb Erekat, the Palestinian's "peace" envoy to Israel, who cursed Israel constantly, has died in an Israeli hospital from Covid-19 as Israeli doctors tried to save his life.

    • Lord, we ask You who guards Israel at all times to continue to do just that (Psa. 121:4; Mal. 3:6).

    • Pour out Your strategy and Your tactics to the IDF as it plans to defend this nation in Judea, Samaria and along the Gaza security fence (Prov. 21:31).

    • Prepare Israel's security forces for any negative responses over Erekat's death (Psa. 44:4-5).

    • Expose any anti-Israeli plans that are being hatched among the Palestinians (Psa. 35:1-8).

    • Especially, uncover and foil all of Hamas' plots to kidnap and kill Israeli Jews (Psa. 129:5).

    • Stop all the teenagers whom Hamas has trained to be terrorists and save many of them (Matt. 5:44).

    • Provide actionable intelligence to Israel's collaborators and spies among the Palestinians (Obad. 1:6).

    • Give them wisdom, courage and protection, just like You did with Rahab in Jericho (Josh. 2:9-21).

    • Protect Israel from any traps set against its solders or civilians via social media (Psa. 44:7-8).

    • Guard IDF soldiers from distractions by mobile phones or members of the opposite sex (Hos. 10:2a).

    • Continue to anoint Israel to be a leader in cyberwarfare – both defensive and offensive (Deut. 28:7).

    • If Biden does become President, harden Israeli leaders against any "good-will" gestures he asks for to the Palestinians and against any attempts to bring back the anti-biblical "land-for-peace" process (Matt. 7:15; 24:4, 11; Eph. 5:6; 1 John 4:1).

    • Continue to bless all the Jewish communities in these areas with growth and safety (Ezek. 36:8-15).

    • Bless You for the new Israeli community being established in the Gaza periphery area (Zeph. 2:4-7).

    • May it be filled with families quickly and use this example to jumpstart many other new towns and villages throughout Israel – including in the Negev (Obad. 1:17, 19-20).

    • Anoint believing Palestinians in Judea, Samaria and Gaza to know how to pray for their Muslim neighbors and their leaders (Luke 6:27; Rom. 12:14, 20; 1 Tim. 2:1-4).

    • For Your holy name's sake, Lord, save many more Palestinians (Psa. 79:9; Isa. 48:9).

  7. Security – external: Just like the Palestinians rejoice over a possible Biden presidency, Iran is also rejoicing. That in itself is another warning sign to Israel of the danger it might be facing.

    • Lord, hinder by all means any US president from signing a nuclear deal with Iran that allows Iran to legally develop nuclear weapons (Psa. 33:10-11).

    • Yet if a new Iranian nuclear deal is in Your will so that many more nations in the Middle East look to Israel for protection and to want to cozy up to it for defense agreements, then prepare Israel to accommodate that leadership role – without pride (Deut. 28:10).

    • Give discernment to Israel to know who really wants to be allies and who does not (Psa. 55:20).

    • Use the external threats by Iran and Turkey to draw more regional nations closer to Israel.

    • Prepare Israel to be Your weapons of war – if and as needed (Jer. 51:20-24).

    • Thank You for the Sa'ar-6 naval vessel that was received from Germany this past week. Guide the navy's development at this time of increased responsibility for that branch of the IDF (Isa. 41:15-16).

    • Provide Israel with any other equipment that it needs (Jer. 31:10).

    • Give Israel wisdom in developing its own equipment (Ex. 31:3).

    • May Israel be prepared to defend itself by itself – while still looking to You (Mic. 4:11-13).

    • Thank You for all the weaponry You have provided Israel – yet we declare that You are Israel's ultimate not-so-secret weapon and we trust in You alone (Psa. 20:7-9)

  8. The worldwide Church: The sense we have is that there is much confusion, and often total ignorance, concerning the times we are living in.

    • We declare to all of you, our brothers and sisters in the world: YHWH that made heaven and earth bless you out of Zion. (Psa. 134:3)

    • May Your perfect love cast out all fear from any believers trapped in it (1 John 4:18).

    • Draw all Your children who are overwhelmed to You – our precious exalted Rock (Psa. 61:1-2).

    • Have mercy and shake those who are either asleep or lukewarm or just foolish (Matt. 25:1-13).

    • Wake up any believer who is still clueless to the signs of the times (Matt. 16:2-3; 1 Thess. 5:1-3).

    • Use Pope Francis to show born-again Catholics that it is time to flee "Babylon" (Jer. 51:6).

    • For those who are addicted to prophecy, show them to lift their eyes to You first (Psa. 121:1-8).

    • Cleanse Your Body from every idol (1 John 5:21).

    • Lord, at this time, please cleanse Your Body of all confusion and deception (Psa. 71:1).

    • Raise up elders/pastors after Your heart who can feed Your flock with solid food, and remove from Your Body every false teacher and prophet (Jer. 23:3-4; Heb. 13:7).

    • Let pastors encourage Your sheep to feed themselves and not to only nibble once a week at services.

    • Lord, confront all believers whose spirits are starving because they reject the basic nutrition of the Old Testament (Psa. 119:105, 130; Jer. 15:16).

    • Place the burden of prayer on many more of our family in Messiah (Luke 18:1).

    • Continue to protect and use the persecuted Church to confound all those who are trying to wipe out Your name from the face of the earth (Ex. 1:12; Acts 12:24; 19:20; 2 Cor. 10:3-5).

    • Give them patience as they wait on You to avenge their blood on the earth (Rev. 6:9-11).

  9. Water: There was more rain over God's land this past week.

    • Thank You for the recent rains and for the last two years of generous rainfall (Ezek. 34:26).

    • Please give us another wet, safe and snowy winter (Zech. 10:1).

    • Direct the rains and snow to fall in exactly the right places (Psa. 65:9-13).

    • Use the rainfall to draw many in Israel to the reality of Your presence. When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue fails for thirst, I YHWH will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. I will open rivers in high places, fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water … That they may see, and know, consider, and understand together, that the hand of YHWH has done this, and the Holy One of Israel has created it. (Isa. 41:17-20)
