Praise:
God exists in eternity, so there is no past or future to Him. He views everything in the present. Yet He has created the flow of time and when the fullness of time in history comes – He acts (Jer. 33:15). So we are confident that all of our prayers that are in line with His will He hears and answers (1 John 5:14-15) – but obviously in His timing and in His way.
-
Thank You Lord that You reveal to us that our prayers are Your delight (Prov. 15:8b)!
-
We glorify You as we can see how many of our prayers are being answered today (Psa. 50:15).
-
We bless You for calling many of us to be Your watchmen (Isa. 62:6-7; Ezek. 33:6-7).
-
We praise You that when this calling becomes very heavy, You tell us to come unto You and take Your yoke upon us – because in bearing the burden with You it becomes lighter (Matt. 11:28-30).
-
Lord, what a privilege it is to co-labor with the Creator of the universe (John 1:1-3; 1 Cor. 3:9)!
-
Thank You for leading us to pray in the spirit and with understanding (John 16:13; 1 Cor. 14:15).
-
We glorify You because Your name – Your essential nature – is our strong tower (Prov. 18:10).
-
We rejoice and take refuge in Your sovereign Lordship of all (Psa. 103:19; Matt. 28:18; Acts 10:36).
-
Because You are in control, You encourage us over and over to "fear not" (Psa. 46:1-2; 56:4)!
-
We give You thanks for You are good and Your covenant-love lasts forever (Psa. 118:1; 136:1).

Aliyah:
God's Word is very clear that aliyah, the return of Jews in exile to Israel, is for God's glory. For this reason alone, at least praying for it should be a priority for every believer alive today. As of now more than 10,000 new immigrants have come home to Israel recently – most from Ukraine, but many from Russia and other areas throughout the world. Hallelujah!
-
Fear not: for I am with you: I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west; I will say to the north, 'Give up'; and to the south, 'Keep not back'. Bring My sons from far, and My daughters from the ends of the earth, even everyone that is called by My name – for I have created him for My glory, I have formed him; yes, I have made him.Isaiah 43:5-7; see v. 21
-
Thank You for seeing the massive aliyah from the north today (Psa. 107:1-3; Jer. 16:14-15).
-
God, we are amazed as we realize that the only time in Scripture when You declare that You will do something with all of Your heart and soul – is in direct relation to aliyah (Jer. 32:41)! Therefore, we ask You to accomplish Your will and bring all of Your people home today (Zech. 8:8).
-
We are very grateful that Your intention to bring Your people back to Your land does not depend on how righteous they are – as it is all for Your holy name's sake (Ezek. 36:22-24, 31-32).
-
Lord God, reduce the waiting time at Ukraine's borders for Jews to make aliyah (Isa. 51:14).
-
If any Israeli government officials are hindering the full flood of Your people from returning home at this time – Lord, quickly change their hearts or quickly remove them (Prov. 19:21; Isa. 62:10).
-
Move by You Holy Spirit on all Israeli officials – outside and inside of Israel – to deal with Jews fleeing a war zone with a huge amount of mercy and kindness (Isa. 54:8-10).
-
Let Ukrainian Jews flee to Israel and not to anywhere else (Jer. 3:14; 30:3).
-
Cause them to fall in love with Your land and become so rooted in it that the plans some have to return to Ukraine after the conflict, are swept away in line with Your will for them (Isa. 61:3; 62:4-5).
-
Show all Jews who are "comfortable" in their Western captivity how suddenly disaster can destroy all they have, and impress on them that now is the time to flee "Babylon" with their families and as much of their earthly possessions as possible (Isa. 60:9; Jer. 31:8-9, 23-25).
-
Use the rise of anti-Semitism, especially in the West, to tear away from many of Your people their false security blankets under which they hide while they hope that things will get better (Jer. 16:16).
-
During Passover, set free all Jews who are trapped in nations that refuse to let them leave– like the Jewish community in Iran, in China, in Venezuela and any other place (Ex. 3:7-8).
-
During the Passover meal, when Jews in exile say "Next year in Jerusalem," birth in their hearts a desire to say, "Why not for me and my loved ones?" (Psa. 137:1-6).
-
Stir up wealthy Jews in exile to financially help their kinsman to come home – and to plan to return home themselves as soon as possible (Ezra 1:3-5).
-
Wake up Your Church to understand that this return of scattered Israel is a prelude to the soon return of the Lord and Savior Yeshua – Israel's King and Messiah (Zech. 1:1-4; Matt. 23:37-39).
-
Raise up more preachers and teachers in Your Body who will boldly proclaim that aliyah is Your will at this time, and that it is all for Your glory (Acts 20:26-27).
-
-
Government:
There are major issues that Israel's government needs to focus on: the growing Iranian threat, internal terrorist attacks and the massive aliyah from the north. These are prayed into elsewhere in this alert. Meanwhile, the West is not pleased with Israel's moderate stance with Russia yet no Western nation has Russian troops on its border or the Russian Navy along its seacoast.
-
Continue to give the government courage to deal with Russia in Your way for Israel, and not in the way that the rest of the West is doing (Num. 23:9b).
-
Show the coalition that for Israel, without security all else is meaningless (Rom. 13:1-4).
-
Remind Israelis that most Western nations always rebuke Israel when it defends itself regardless of their hypocritical declarations that Israel's security is their major concern (Isa. 44:24-26).
-
Thank You that polls reveal how most Israelis support the government's moderate stance.
-
Continue to anoint Israel's UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan to speak truth to the world (Gal. 4:16).
-
Lord, use the ungodly pressure from America on Israel to sanction Russia, especially from its friends in Congress, to wean Israel away from trusting in that nation and to trust You instead (Psa. 118:8-9).
-
Do not let the Ukraine-Russian headlines or a possible resurgence of the coronavirus distract Israel's current coalition from doing all that You have ordained for them (Psa. 33:10-11).
-
Remind the coalition of its promise to create affordable housing in Israel – especially in the face of this massive wave of aliyah that is hitting Israel's shores now (Jer. 32:41-44).
-
Give the housing ministry out-of-the-box thinking and ways to make this happen (Prov. 16:1).
-
Let one of these ways be to settle thousands of new immigrants in all areas that are being contested at this time: the Golan, Judea, Samaria, the Jordan Valley and the Negev (Obad. 1:17-20).
-
As another wave of coronavirus could sweep Israel, stop the coalition from making decrees based on fear, misinformation or just not doing something because Netanyahu did it (Prov. 16:9).
-
Support this coalition until it is Your perfect timing to bring it down (Eccl. 3:1).
-
-
External security:
Israel hosted the Negev Summit this past week, which was attended by the foreign ministers of Israel, the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Egypt and the US. This event would not have been conceivable a short time ago. In relation to the threat emanating from Iran and the probable renewed Iranian deal being worked out in Vienna, Israel and the Arab nations were in one accord, and while US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said the right things, yet we have seen and heard how the US Biden administration does not line up with either historical or biblical truth.
-
Thank You for being able to witness this groundbreaking event in modern history (Isa. 44:8).
-
But we know Lord, that Israel is dealing with Muslim, and not Bible-based, nations, therefore we ask You to create out of this summit all that is in Your will at this time while shielding Your nation from any satanic lies and/or deceptions (Psa. 33:10-11).
-
In line with You promising to bless nations who bless Your people, we ask for the salvation of many Muslims in these specific nations over the Islamic holy month of Ramadan (Isa. 49:6; Luke 2:32).
-
Prevent any Israeli leader, especially its humanistic Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, from being misled by anything that was said or promised that ends up being just words (Isa. 8:20; 1 Thess. 5:21).
-
Humble Lapid so that his pride does not lead Israel on a dangerous path (Psa. 36:11a; Prov. 16:18).
-
Forbid influential humanistic Israelis from pushing Israel to be a nation like any other (Num. 23:9b).
-
We thank You that the P5+1 wicked and weak nuclear deal with Iran has not been signed yet, but we also ask You to prepare Israel for the day after it is approved (Psa. 23:5).
-
We would much prefer You to move supernaturally and destroy the Iranian threat to Your nation and people (Psa. 83:1-4), but if not, prepare Israel to stand and act alone without seeking the approval from any other nation (Psa. 68:35; Mic. 4:11-13).
-
We bless You for setting Your throne in Elam [today's Iran] by building Your Church there, and we pray that You will fulfill the next part of this verse and "destroy" Iran's king and princes (Jer. 49:38).
-
Do not allow the recent increase of terror attacks inside of Israel detract one iota from the IDF's preparation to destroy Iran's capacity to wipe Israel off the map (Isa. 41:14-16).
-
Move the Israeli navy – especially its submarines – to the right spots to checkmate the Iranian navy.
-
Elevate Messianic believers, who are anointed with the spiritual gifts, into all areas of responsibility in the IDF (1 Cor. 12:7-11).
-
We again ask You to guide Israel to use great caution in the restoration of its relations with Turkey while Turkey is being led by its current President Erdogan (Psa. 55:20-21).
-
-
Internal security:
There were several terror attacks resulting in 11 Israeli deaths this past week. The first two were carried out by Israeli-Arab citizens under the banner of ISIS. Also, the Muslim holy month of Ramadan starts tomorrow, and violent attacks typically increase during that time as Muslims who really believe the Koran, believe that killing Jews brings glory to Allah. Thus Israel's internal security becomes an even higher priority for Israel's security forces now, as well as for Israel's intercessors during the whole month of April.
-
Abba, comfort Your people who have been affected by these terror attacks and all others who are traumatized whenever another attack reminds them of what they went through (Isa. 35:3-4; 49:13-16).
-
Arise, O YHWH, in Your anger; lift up Yourself because of the rage of my enemies and awake for me to the judgment which You have commanded.Psa. 7:6; cp. Psa. 68:30b; Isa. 51:9
-
We bless You for making Israel an "exceedingly great army", yet our trust is in You (Psa. 20:6-9)!
-
Lord, command extra angelic protection over Your nation during Ramadan (Psa. 35:4-8).
-
Also, provide supernatural protection to all aspects of Israel's transportation system (Psa. 121:8).
-
Use this wave of terrorism to convince many more Israelis of the absolute need for Israel to extend its sovereignty over all of the land west of the Jordan River (Judg. 2:1-5; Jer. 32:41-44).
-
Lord, reveal to Israel's security services all future terrorist attacks being planned – whether by Israeli citizens, or by Palestinian Arabs (Isa. 45:2-3a; Heb. 4:13).
-
Guide the placement of Israel's security personnel and its armed civilians (Psa. 32:8).
-
Lord, use the deadly terror attack that took place in the ultra-Orthodox [Haredim] community of B'nei Barak to show young Haredim of their need to join the IDF and defend Israel (Psa. 44:4-5).
-
Let many Israeli Arab communities and their leaders openly reject, denounce and move against any of their people who are planning to kill other Israelis – whether Arabs or Jews (Ex. 21:14).
-
We thank You that the Arab foreign ministers meeting in the Negev openly condemned these attacks with most saying that terrorism was another reason for their nations to stand together (Deut. 32:43).
-
If now is the time for Israel to act biblically and use its capital punishment law against all murderers who are caught in the act or proven to have murdered another person, then let that be manifest in Israel today (Gen. 9:6; Deut. 19:11-13; Lev. 24:17, 21b; Num. 35:31; 1 Tim. 1:9).
-
-
The Body of Messiah:
There is in Israel a living, growing Body of Messianic Jews and gentiles worshipping Yeshua – in many languages. This is a major modern prophetic fulfillment, as God often said in His Word that after He brought His people home – then He would save them.
-
Lord, thank You for being alive to see this modern miracle today (Isa. 55:11).
-
Continue to save multitudes of Jews in Israel and in exile during the Passover season (1 Cor. 5:7).
-
Show the Israeli Body how to receive any believers making aliyah at this time (Isa. 35:10; 51:11).
-
Lord, please reawaken the gentiles members of the Church to see that the New Testament states that the gospel was proclaimed to the Jew first and then to the rest of the world and that as this is still in their Bible, You have not changed this order (Rom. 1:16).
-
Let more gentile believers see that if it were not for those early Messianic Jews in the book of Acts, no gentile would have heard the gospel and then reveal to them their spiritual obligation to provoke Jews to jealousy with Yeshua and also to bless them materially (Rom. 11:11, 18-21, 15:27).
-
Pour out on Your Body throughout the world a deep hunger and thirst for Your Word (Jer. 15:16).
-
Thank You for the huge growth of Your Body in Iran, China, and most other parts of the earth, other than in the West where Replacement Theology rules in most churches (Gen. 12:3a; Jer. 33:23-26).
-
We again ask for the salvation of many Muslims over Ramadan (Matt. 5:44).
-
-
Water:
God's mercies never end. As of this writing, the Sea of Galilee is .36cm below being totally full. [This site shows the updated level] There is still snow on Mt. Hermon which will flow into the Sea and the rainy season is not quite over. Please continue to ask God for a totally full lake and for all of Israel's underground aquifers to be full.
-
IFI:
It is an awesome and fearful privilege to be called into Messiah Yeshua's kingdom at just a time like this in history. We are privileged to watch God watch over His Word (Jer. 1:12) and fulfill more prophecies than in any other period of history since Messiah's first appearance. Of course, with that privilege come great responsibilities, so we covet your prayers for IFI that God would guide us as we intercede and then as we send forth from Zion wisdom and guidance on how you can pray at this season as well. Thank you.
Shabbat shalom and blessings from Zion
