1. Praise:

   In Shabbat's Torah portion, Moses questions God on how He could possibly feed the congregation of Israel in the wilderness for a month. God's answer is very encouraging both to us personally and to Israel: Is YHWH's hand cut off? You shall now see whether or not My word shall come to pass. (Num. 11:23)

   • Hallelujah! Precious Creator, nothing is impossible with You (Jer. 32:17, 27; Luke 1:37; 18:27).

   • Thank You for remaining faithful even when we struggle to believe (Mark 9:24; 1 Thess. 5:24).

   • Lord Yeshua, we bless You for being the author and finisher of our faith (Heb. 12:2; cp. Phil. 1:6).

   • We praise and thank You for giving us examples of prayer which moves You to have mercy instead of judgment, as we read in Numbers 11:2 in Shabbat's Torah portion (cp. Ezek. 22:30-21).

   • We joyously and triumphantly declare to Zion, Your God reigns! (Isa. 52:7b; cp. Matt. 28:18).

   • We are awed that in Messiah Yeshua, the God of Zion is now also our God (Psa. 146:10; Isa. 2:3).

   • With truth being shunned in today's world, we trust in Your Word which stands forever (Isa. 40:7-8).

   • Thank You for often answering our prayers in such an extravagant manner (Eph. 3:20-21).

2. Government & society:

   Biblical prophecies relating to Israel and the end-times seem to be in the process of being fulfilled quite quickly since Oct. 7th. Therefore it is urgent for us to be led by the Lord and His Spirit as specifically as possible as we pray.

   • Thank You Lord for watching over Your Word to complete it today (Jer. 1:12; cp. Isa. 55:11).

   • Lord, as Numbers 23:9b is swiftly coming to pass, we ask You to guard over Israel so that it does not compromise with other nations and hinder that which You are doing.

   • Lord of hosts, support the sons and daughters of Zion in all areas of Israeli society, and anoint every one of their efforts that will ultimately bring You glory (Psa. 115:1-3; 119:88, 105; Zech. 9:13).

   • God, we thank You for encouraging us to trust in You and not in Israel's government, even though we do believe that You ordained Israel's leaders for just this time (Est. 4:14b; Psa. 103:19; Jer. 27:5).

   • Turn the hearts of Israel's leadership to seek You – especially for wisdom (Deut. 4:6; 1 Kin. 3:8-9).

   • King Messiah, anoint in PM Bibi Netanyahu to obey only Your will (Psa. 80:17; Prov. 21:1).

   • Guard him from internal groups trying to manipulate him, whether it is some of the hostage families or those who refuse to accept the results of the last Israeli elections (Num. 23:23; Psa. 35:1; 43:1).

   • Lord God, we ask for You alone to determine when Israel's next elections will be held (Eccl. 3:1).

   • Thank You for answered prayer as Bibi dissolved the war cabinet and is now directing the war with the coalition's security council who are more biblical in their thinking (Psa. 1:1; 26:4).

   • Continue to harden Hamas' leaders to reject any hostage deal that would block Israel from gaining total and complete victory over them (Josh. 11:19-20; Rom. 9:17-23).

   • Shield Israelis from Hamas' use and abuse of the hostages for emotional blackmail (Psa. 140:7).

   • Release Your perfect peace [shalom shalom] on Israelis whose loved ones have been murdered or sexually abused, who are still held hostage, or whose fate is still unknown (Isa. 61:1-3; Matt. 5:4).

   • Restore the mental and emotional health of all ex-hostages who are back home (Psa. 30:2-3; 147:3).

   • We again ask You to allow the unity, courage and faith in Israel's righteous cause which fills the IDF soldiers in Gaza, to permeate and influence the rest of Israeli society (Job 41:16-17; Matt. 13:33).

   • Show the IDF and society how to accept the ultra-Orthodox – and vice-versa – so that they can serve their nation while not having to compromise on their basic religious beliefs (Lev. 19:18; Prov. 18:19).

   • Supernaturally maintain Israel's economy during this season (Ex. 1:7; Psa. 132:13-15).

3. Foreign relations:

   While most Americans support Israel, Biden and his administration have morphed into very dangerous "allies." President Biden and his handlers have turned their backs on Israel and are actively pushing for a new Middle East centered on Iran. Both Hamas and Hizbullah are Iranian proxies and America has been very clear with Israel to not destroy either one!

   • Impart Your wisdom to Israel's leaders in dealing with Biden and his administration (Isa. 8:9-10).

   • Yet use this to let Israel see the danger of trusting in anyone except You (Psa.118:8-9; Rom. 8:28).

   • While Netanyahu has accepted an invitation to speak to the joint session of the US Congress, if this is not Your will, do not allow it to happen (Prov. 16:1, 9). [The announced date is July 24th.]

   • Lord God of Israel, we proclaim Psalm 33:10-11 over Your nation – both for today and tomorrow.

   • Lord, we also proclaim from the prophetic portion Zechariah 2:13 over the UN and its agencies.

   • Please have Israel reassess its relations with, or its need for, the UN (Psa. 118:10-12; Isa. 40:15-17).

   • Anoint Israel's UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan mightily until his term ends this summer and then pour out a fresh anointing on Danny Danon as he once again takes up that position (Psa. 23:5; 105:15).

   • Bless and use Foreign Minister Israel Katz's for Israel's good and for Your glory (Ezek. 20:14).

   • Impart a fearlessness and boldness on every Israeli diplomat or spokesman, whether professional or laypersons, to use Your Word unashamedly as they speak (Isa. 55:11; Lam. 3:37; Acts 19:20).

4. "Operation Swords of Iron":

   We thank God that Israel is continuing its war against Hamas despite the resistance of the nations and global NGO's to it. How quickly the world forgets what Hamas did on Oct. 7th. It is a special kind of insanity that causes people honor dead Jews in Holocaust memorials and on special days, but turns them to curse living Jews who just refuse to die.

   • In line with the Torah portion, we say with Moses, Rise up, O YHWH, and let Your enemies be scattered, and let them that hate You flee from before You. (Num. 10:35)

   • Have Israel repeatedly remind the world that every Gazan civilian who is killed is the responsibility of Hamas as they attacked Israeli civilians on Oct. 7th and they embed themselves and their weapons caches in civilian homes, schools and neighborhoods (Psa. 10:7-8; 25:19-22; Prov. 1:16).

   • Bless You that the accusation of Israel using famine against Gaza has now been proven to be false.

   • God, we thank You for how Israel is in reality crushing Hamas (Psa. 98:1; Zech. 9:13-17).

   • Use the global opposition to a complete Israeli victory to cause Israel to intensify its attacks so that it can end this war as quickly and as suddenly as possible (Josh. 11:7-8; 1 Thess. 5:2-3).

   • Lord, replace all sons of Greece in the IDF's leadership with sons of Zion (Jer. 10:21; Ezek. 34:10).

   • Promote more Sons of Zion as IDF instructors to teach biblically-correct fighting techniques and not ineffective, humanistic, politically-correct ones (Psa. 25:4; 27:11; 144:1-2).

   • Increase the soldiers' protection against friendly fire and other deadly accidents (Psa. 121:4; 140:7).

   • Lord, turn Rafah, Hamas' final stronghold on the Egyptian-Gaza border – into its final resting place (Psa. 9:17; 55:15; Isa. 14:5-9; Ezek. 32:27).

   • Guide the IDF to find the rest of the hostages, living or dead, wherever they are (Isa. 49:13-16).

   • Give IDF planners divine strategy as Hamas changes tactics from fighting as an army to fighting against Israel via guerilla tactics (2 Sam. 5:17-25; Prov. 21:31).

   • Lord, shut the mouths of all the Israeli and international media which lies and distorts the truth about Your nation and its righteous actions in this war (Psa. 5:9-10; Prov. 10:18; Isa. 59:4; Jer. 9:3).

5. Internal security:

   Terrorist attacks have increased since Oct. 7th inside Israel. Praise God that almost all are either failures or stopped by Israel's security forces (Psa. 136:17-22).

   • We praise You that the new IDF Central Command commanding office, Avi Bluth, is a son of Zion!

   • We thank You that the Oct. 7th pogrom showed many more Israelis the ridiculousness of the "two-state solution" as they see Palestinian backing for Hamas increasing (Psa. 120:7; Prov. 24:20).

   • Enable the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria to grow exponentially (Isa. 49:19-20; 54:2-3).

   • Lord of hosts, continue to block every kidnapping attempt and making the results of all terrorist car-rammings and drive-by shooting attacks to be basically failures (Deut. 28:6-7; Psa. 59:2-5; 121:8).

   • God, destroy all Iranian attempts to support terrorist groups in Israel in anyway (Psa. 125:3-5).

   • Show Israel to use the death penalty against terrorist murderers (Gen. 9:5-6; Num. 35:17-21, 31).

   • Reinforce Your angelic hosts protecting Your nation today (2 Kin. 6:16-17; 2 Chr. 32:7-8).

   • Remove all spiritual protection over all Palestinian terrorist groups on Your land (Num. 14:9).

   • Aid Israel's intelligence services to correctly decipher all gathered intelligence (Deut. 29:29).

   • Increase the hate and suspicion festering between the Palestinian Authority [PA] and Hamas, and let them war against each other, seriously weakening them both (Psa. 55:9; 129:5).

   • Lord, in grace and mercy save many Palestinians, setting them free from their satanic hatred against Israel and the Jews (Zech. 2:11; Matt. 5:44; Luke 1:71; 1 John 3:15).

6. External security:

   Israel's most dangerous external threat today is Hizbullah in Lebanon. Yet Iran ultimately controls it and other terrorists groups which attack Israel and Western interests in the Middle East. Israel really should destroy Hizbullah today, yet now America and other Western nations are warning it to not attack Lebanon even though Hizbullah rains hundreds of rockets on Israel's north making about 100,000 Israelis homeless. [Hizbullah is in Lebanon's government so a war against it is a war against the nation it represents.]

   • Lord, in zeal defend Your reputation and Your promises by guarding over Israel and scattering its foes – Iran and its proxies– who love death more than life (Ex. 32:11-13; Psa. 68:1, 30; 83:1-4).

   • God, destroy all relationships Iran has with all of its evil partners (Psa. 109:29; 129:5).

   • Also break Iran's ties with Russia, China and North Korea (Psa. 40:14-15; Jer. 17:18).

   • God Almighty, whatever it means, we ask that you break the bow of Elam [ancient Iran] today (Jer. 49:35).

   • Precious Creator, open the earth and swallow up all of Iran's nuclear facilities (Isa. 34:1-8).

   • If You want Israel to do this instead, then specifically guide it in relation to the timing and tactics so that Iran's nuclear program's destruction will be total (Prov. 21:31; Jer. 51:20-25).

   • Anoint the IDF's Iran Command to hear Your voice clearly at this time (Job 12:12-13).

   • We bless Your Body in Iran, and pray You would watch over them, let them grow numerically and spiritually and become a powerful influence on the rest of Iranian society (Jer. 49:38a; Matt. 16:18b).

   • Please fulfill the remainder of Jeremiah 49:38 soon, and destroy Iran's modern king and princes.

   • Ignite Lebanon's internal discord between many of its people and Hizbullah (Psa. 129:5).

   • Oversee when and how Israel should attack Hizbullah and Lebanon (Psa. 103:19; Eccl. 3:1, 8b).

   • In the war, orchestrate the IDF attacks to be so devastating that the nation of Lebanon itself quakes in fear of both Israel and You, Israel's God (Deut. 2:25; 2 Chr. 17:10; Isa. 2:11-13).

   • Prepare Israel to deal with the fierce criticism from the nations to its war on Lebanon, regardless of how righteous of a war it is (Isa. 54:17; Luke 21:15).

7. Aliyah:

   Jews being restored to an independent Jewish State (Jer. 30:8-10), is a sign that we are very close to seeing our King Yeshua return. He tells us that His return occurs when He builds up Jerusalem (Psa. 102:16), gathers the Jewish outcasts into it (Psa. 147:2), and when the world forces a final, short-lived division of His holy city (Zech. 14:1-4)!

   • Our heavenly Father, may Your name be sanctified on the earth through the very visible return of Your people to Your land – thus fulfilling so many prophecies (Ezek. 36: 23-24; Luke 11:2).

   • Reveal to every Christian Zionist who is deaf, dumb and blind to the significance of aliyah in Your prophetic plans in history today how central this really is (Psa. 106:47; 126:1-2; Jer. 3:14-18).

   • Change Israel's outreach to Jews in exile – so that instead of helping Jews to remain there they are encouraged and inspired to return home (Psa. 107:2-3; Isa. 27:12-13; 54:6-8).

   • Open the eyes of Your people to see that it is more dangerous to stay in exile today than it is to come home to Israel even while Israel is fighting a war (Jer. 16:16; Zeph. 3:19-20).

   • Set Western Jews free of their dangerous expectation that life will return to "normal," as the current surge of anti-Semitic hatred will not dissipate until Your return (Deut. 30:3-5; Zech. 10:8-10).

   • Show many Western Jews that today they can come to Israel with their financial resources, but they might not be able to do that tomorrow (Isa. 60:9).

   • Draw Jewish families and even whole communities to return together (Ex. 12:37-38; Jer. 31:3-5).

   • Use today's increase of interest in aliyah to birth an increase in actual aliyah (Jer. 50:4-8; 51:9-10).

   • Lord, deal with any Jewish pride which states, "They will not chase us out!" by showing them that it is You who are doing both the chasing and the drawing (Prov. 16:18; Jer. 31:3-5, 8-10).

   • Place Your burden in many Israelis' minds to prepare housing, jobs, schools and Hebrew learning classes in order to be able to successfully absorb many new immigrants (Isa. 54:2-3; Ezek. 36:8-12).

   • For all Israelis, Lord miraculously bring down the very expensive cost of living (Jer. 32:17, 27).

   • Remove all hindrances from making aliyah from Israel's bureaucratic system (Isa. 62:10).

   • Draw Israelis living in the nations back home, especially Messianic believers (Isa. 35:10; 51:11).

8. Salvation:

   Save us, YHWH our God, and gather us from among the gentiles, to give thanks unto Your holy name, and to triumph in Your praise. (Psa. 106:47) In this wonderful verse we see salvation is tied in with aliyah leading to God receiving the glory. And although it is His will for all Israel to be saved, still He waits for us to ask Him (Ezek. 36:37; Luke 18:1; John 15:16).

   • Lord Yeshua, place the burden of Israel's salvation on many in Your Body (Rom. 10:1; Jam. 5:16b).

   • God, You said that the partial blindness on the Jews (Rom. 11:25-26) would be removed when they were back on the land – so we ask You to do that today, for Your name's sake (Ezek. 36:22-32).

   • Like Moses in the Torah portion, we ask for Your Spirit to be upon all of Your people (Num. 11:29).

   • Let Zechariah 2:10-12 in the prophetic portion wake up unsaved Jews to the reality of the Godhead being a unity – and not a pure singularity.

   • Abba, reveal Messiah Yeshua as Israel's Savior to many more Jews (2 Sam. 22:3; Isa. 43:11; 45:15; John 6:44; Tit. 2:13).

   • Save multitudes of Holocaust survivors; terror attack survivors; living hostages, including those freed since Oct. 7th and their loved ones; IDF soldiers and their families; loved ones of soldiers who died or are seriously injured; widows and orphans, especially new ones since Oct. 7th; Jews on their deathbeds; rabbis in all Jewish denominations in Israel and in exile; yeshiva students; Jewish lawyers, politicians, diplomats, teachers, professors, university students, medical personnel; Israelis in exile; LGBTQ+ Jews; Iranian Jews; Jews recently provoked to jealousy by gentile believers; unsaved Jews married to either a Jewish or gentile believer; unsaved loved ones of Messianic Jews.

   • Thank You for being alive today when more Jews confess Yeshua as Messiah than at any time since the book of Acts (Acts 6:7)! We ask for more, Lord.

9. The Body of Messiah:

   End time events center on God's regathering and saving of Israel. The only reason why believers do not agree with this is because they are prophetically illiterate, which is a result of them not really believing that all of the Old Testament is still God's Word today.

   • Increase the authority of the sons and daughters of Zion in the Body (1 Cor. 13:6; 2 Cor. 4:2).

   • Lord, teach more of Your Body to use the whole Word to discern what You are doing on the earth today, showing them the importance of verses like Jeremiah 31:35-37; 32:41-44 and Zechariah 8:1-8.

   • Erase the man-made veil over the Body that blinds them to the New Testament use of "scripture" which historically refers to the Tanach (1 Cor. 15:3-4; Gal. 3:8; 2 Tim. 3:15-17; 1 Pet. 2:6).

   • Illuminate the biblical links between the aliyah, Israel's salvation and Your imminent return (Psa. 14:7; 147:2; Jer. 31:1-10; Zech. 14:1-4; Matt. 23:39; 24:30 ["earth" = land], cp. Zech. 12:10-14).

   • Purge out of the Body all anti-Semitic and anti-Zionistic spirits (Gen. 12:3a; Matt. 24:4, 11).

   • Also expose and replace replacement theology – a doctrine of demons (1 Tim. 4:1).

   • Cure the Body of its biblical anorexia and its prophetic illiteracy (Isa. 8:20; Jer. 15:16; Luke 16:29).

10. IFI:

    I was very upset this past week while reading some Israeli news reports. One said Israel is gaining a major victory over Hamas while another reported on an IDF general who said Israel is losing this war. I groaned, and said "Lord, I do not know what to believe!" In a still small voice, He clearly said, "Believe Me!" Immediately His peace entered my soul. Please continue to pray for us to believe Him and His Word in the midst of this very difficult and confusing time.
